Ash Property Partnership evolved from our abilities to successfully work with partners to bring in the necessary expertise to ensure that we achieve success and reach beyond the project goals.
Whilst we may not agree with the current planning system, sometimes you have look at a scheme with fresh eyes and then take a different approach that follows the Governments Planning Policy to achieve the desired end goal.
We have planning consultants within the local area who work with the local planning authority on a daily basis, we also have planning experts based in Bristol and Portsmouth who specialise in National Planning policies, and specific areas such as Self build/Custom build units or Permitted Development rights.
We believe that you cannot be the master of all planning, it is simply too big an area – so we partner with the best and most appropriate firms.
We are experts in identifying potential land opportunities, from large scale land sales (largest so far is 65 acres) to back garden selloffs and everything in-between we will help to achieve the clients goal.
