Who We Are
Ash Property Partnerships are headed up by the two directors, Simon & Alyson Gray and are based in the heart of Suffolk. Both have extensive knowledge of the finance and property market over the last 30+ years, they have seen and experienced all the highs and lows of the property market.
Simon Gray
Managing Director
Being born into a farming family, I had interesting upbringing and have run a number of businesses. I've always been interested in property and actively involved in a number of networking events. Love the outside life and country sports, and enjoy good company, good food and good wine.
Alyson Gray
Head of Acquisitions
Alyson left school and went straight into the financial services industry working for various banks and insurance companies, achieving many accolades and awards.
She left the Royal Bank of Scotland to have a family and alongside her own properties, she is fully involved in the day to day running of Ash Properties.
She enjoys creating a home using all new technology, alongside the upcycling of old furniture.
Due to the huge variants within the industry, it is the directors’ belief that no one person can be master of all disciplines, this is where partnerships are vital and as a company we work with retained regional planning consultants and national planning consultants as well as specialists where appropriate (renewables/self & custom builds).
We have a strong track record in achieving successful planning consents, very often where others have failed, making us the partner of choice in the local area. We understand the complexities of both the local and national planning environment and buy land on a conditional, unconditional or option basis.
We have the expertise and scale to undertake a wide variety of opportunities (including carbon offsetting) where development land is for sale, including farmland, brownfield and greenfield sites, conversions, restorations, mixed-use development and larger strategic releases of land.
Our local structure gives us the flexibility to provide BESPOKE solutions that address local planning agendas and the individual needs of a site. We will often partner with local architects, ecologists and transport specialists when creating our development proposals. If applicable we will ensure communities benefit from development through section agreements.
